Cookies and preferences

Cookie Policy

This page explains how cookies are used in deep Agents, which categories can be enabled, what always remains active and how you can review or revoke optional consents.

Consent managementPolicy version: v2026-05-17Optional preferences start disabled by default.

How consent works

On first access, the platform displays a banner with options to accept, reject or customize preferences. No optional cookie is loaded before an explicit choice. The user can continue using only essential cookies.

Essential cookies

Required for authentication, security, protected navigation, session maintenance and core application functionality. They remain active because the platform cannot operate properly without them.

Analytics

Used to understand usage, performance, stability, visited pages and aggregate browsing behavior. Enabled only with consent.

Marketing

Used for campaign measurement, remarketing and media platform integrations when those tools are configured in the environment.

Preferences

Store optional experience, personalization and convenience choices that are not indispensable to the service.

Consent logging and auditing

Whenever preferences are saved or updated, deep Agents records the date and time, accepted categories, policy version, the user identifier when authenticated and a technical IP hash when applicable.

How to review, change or revoke

The global Manage cookies button remains available in the application so you can review categories, change preferences, revoke consent and disable optional cookies later.
